Oct - Yeast Donuts - $40
Learn how to make light, fluffy yeast-raised donuts from scratch! We’ll make classic ring donuts and delicious filled donuts, then finish them with glazes and a variety of fun toppings. You’ll learn the techniques for mixing, shaping, proofing, frying, filling, and decorating homemade donuts.

Learn to make homemade vanilla extract, vanilla bean paste, and vanilla sugar, while learning how to work with and get the most from your vanilla beans. Take home your handcrafted vanilla creations to use in baking, desserts, and more.
